chat-arch turns your Claude conversation history into reusable improvements. It indexes CLI session logs and privacy-export ZIPs into one searchable timeline, finds the places where you pushed back on Claude, clusters them into recurring rules, and helps you encode the fixes into your CLAUDE.md, skills, and agent definitions. Everything runs on your machine.
The site’s own voice profile was mined this way. The design system chat-arch shipped with was later extracted as Supergraphic Panel, and the survey of its next site is written up in a post.
